History: Practically nothing is known about this "Igor" to Emplate's "Dr. Frankenstein." He acts as a loyal servent to Emplate, for reasons unknown, and can be found carrying out his various orders which may include kidnapping mutants (specifically Penance and members of Generation X), or driving the car around as a chauffer. Apparently, he can be quite nasty, as it has been said that the origin to his name is something you really don't want to know about. However, any sign of nastiness has been lost thus far, as he acts very much like the Toad has for Magneto in the past.
